ABOUT
ME
Providing the support you deserve
I am particularly passionate about working with couples and acting as the translator to help partners speak the same language and increase connection. I believe that there is nothing more meaningful than our connections and relationships with others.
At my core, I believe in each individual’s capacity for growth and empowerment and am dedicated to developing a collaborative environment of trust and respect. I strive to help individuals discover understanding, clarity, and hope while encouraging an honest feedback loop in the therapeutic relationship. Using everything from lighthearted humor to challenging belief systems, I promise to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
Whether you’re dating and deciding next steps in the relationship or you’ve been married for 10+ years and looking to reconnect, I can help you improve communication, identify unhealthy patterns and replace them with healthy ones, and solidify a “we” approach in your relationship.

Having completed the Level III Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I have extensive knowledge in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
